We are hiring a mid-senior level Marketing Manager — a versatile, proactive professional who can support strategic initiatives, own day-to-day marketing execution, and help grow Acumen’s marketing function over time.

You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to deliver projects across content creation, paid campaign execution, analytics, brand communication, and operational marketing management, including channel partner initiatives.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys varied responsibilities, thrives on ownership, and is ready to grow into a larger leadership position as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, paid media support, outbound content integration)
  • Coordinate and contribute to content creation (blogs, landing pages, social media, sales enablement materials, case studies)
  • Support ABM and outbound campaign execution (copy editing, segmentation checks, asset production support)
  • Oversee marketing analytics reporting projects (GA4, CRM dashboards, campaign tracking initiatives and analytics integration)
  • Maintain and evolve Acumen’s marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, PDF assets)
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of website content and user journey flows across Acumen’s interconnected solutions (Express Global Employment, Global Payroll Calculator, Global Compliance Guide) to ensure consistency and alignment with company growth and brand positioning.
  • Support the management of internal and external marketing projects, helping coordinate vendors, freelancers, and tool integrations in collaboration with the CMO.
  • Document workflows, campaign processes, and marketing assets for scalability.

Skills & Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing manager, marketing operations, or campaign execution role
  • Strong writing and editing skills (professional, clear B2B tone)
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, strong knowledge of analytics (CRM – Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, GA4, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and self-management ability
  • Practical marketing operator with real-world skills and experience, able to deliver from day one without needing a basic ramp-up.
  • Bonus: experience in B2B services, SaaS, and compliance/legal sectors.
