
Acumen International is a global employment solutions provider headquartered in London, with our operations centre in Cyprus. Based in Nicosia, a vibrant city and international business hub, you will play a pivotal role in supporting international clients and managing end-to-end employment operations in 190+ countries.
This role blends client relationship management with expertise in payroll, HR, compliance, and immigration. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their global workforce is hired, paid, and managed smoothly, in compliance with local laws.

Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Coordinate with in-country payroll providers, HR specialists, and immigration partners to manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
- Review and confirm payroll calculations for accuracy, prepare and issue client invoices.
- Guide clients through immigration procedures, work permits, and visa requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM systems, including all employee and client documentation.
- Ensure timelines are met for payroll processing, compliance filings, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
- Support contract renewals and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Key Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll, or outsourcing operations. International experience will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent spoken and written English.
- Service-oriented, reliable and quick to respond in fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM tools.
